Beds24 already offers an exceptionally rich and detailed documentation library. However, because of its depth and flexibility, users often spend significant time searching for the exact combination of settings, functions, or integrations they need.
An AI guidance tool could:
• Interpret user requests written in normal language (e.g. “I want to set different rates for weekends in summer” or “I need to automate sending a payment link 3 days before arrival”).
• Identify the relevant features, documentation sections, and configuration steps.
• Suggest the best path forward, including links to the appropriate documentation pages.
• Optionally provide automated checklists or templated solutions for common workflows.
Such a feature would greatly reduce the learning curve, save valuable time for property managers, and help users fully leverage the platform’s capabilities. It would also highlight the strength of Beds24’s documentation by making it more accessible and interactive.
I believe this enhancement would be a significant step in improving user experience and efficiency across the entire Beds24 community.
