I get a bit confused about the possible options within auto actions:

I want to set up a mail which is automatically sent 14 days prior to check in date. If booked less then 14 days prior to check in date, the mail should be send immediately.


Is this the right setting now or not?

Room: all
Trigger Event: checkin
Trigger time: -14 days
Time Window: 14 days
Between booking and check in: 14 to 1 days

These settings will do what you expect.
