I run a small short term apartment rental. I Own a building with 5 apartments. 2 of them are rented as short term. I wonder if I should set my apartments as separate properties or as 1 property with 2 rooms?

It depends on how you want to market your apartments. If you are using the channel manger we recommend you use the same set up as you have in the channels. For example if you use Booking.com and have one Booking.com hotel id it would be easiest to also set up one property in Beds24. If you have multiple hotel ids on Booking.com you will need a property for each.
