Listings on Booking.com and Agoda

Is some one having the listings on booking.com and agoda?
What is the benefit of uploading listing on agoda if they list all the listings from booking com?
I listed my listings on agoda and they just merge it with the listing from booking.com that were already there.
Is there any benefit than of placing the listing on Agoda?
I spent so much time uploading listings on agoda with their nonfunctional (full of bugs) extranet and now i am wondering is there any benefit from that.
Do you know something about that.
