auto action with multiple booking

I want to create an auto e mail to my cleaning crew 1 day before a check-out. I want to include information related to the next check-in in this e-mail. How can we do that?

Auto Actions can not refer to multiple bookings. You could give your cleaner a cleaner log in which has limited access to functions. The cleaner will the be able to view units component on the dashboard which give gives comprehensive information on all rooms. Have a look here: ... usekeeping for more information.
