Different login for different properties

Hello!
Thank you for a great PMS software. I run a small Inn with only four rooms at the moment and your price model works perfectly for my needs.
Now to the question. I know several small guesthouse owners who dont have a PMS system, and who use things like excel sheets or a book to keep track of their bookings. I have told about beds24.com, but most have very little experience in using the computer and dont feel competent to use it. So what I'm about to do is to make one booking website for many small properties, and help them setting it up their property in this website. This means we'll be a whole network of small properties within a region, represented in one platform, which will help us all in both marketing as well as tecnically and keeping costs down.
Do you have any solution where I can help each owner to set up their property and then give them their own login information to only that property even though I am the master administrator? I want to have all the properties listes in one admin area if you understand what I mean? This is because I will charge a small percentace to run the website and give them tecnical support, and therefor I need to be able to see how much revenue they receive through the website. I also dont want to log out and log in for every property, when I'm updating information.
