Excel problem from report function in Firefox.

I have created a report to be able to extract my monthly sales -
however, when I click on 'Excel', it says it's downloading but there's nothing in my Excel page - which is working perfectly well for any other job.

Also, if I run the same report and download to Excel on a different laptop, I get the information without any hassle. Both running on Windows 10 - however, where it downloads correctly, I am using Chrome, but where it won't download, I am using Firefox - is there an issue with Firefox??

Your computer will store the file in the folder which you use for downloads. Have you checked there?
