Since yesterday evening I'm unable to send tickets from the control panel support page while I'm logged in. When I press send I'm redirected to a page that says
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /control2.php on this server.
I can otherwise do all other control panel functions correctly.

It could be the content of your message being blocked by our firewall, especially if it contains scripts or anything else the firewall sees as suspicious.
Try sending a simple text message in your ticket first to eliminate the problem content.

For the record: The offending bit was an onload=... js inside a URL that I had copied from the browser address bar.
