Auto action issues

Out going email setup and tested working fine.I have set up some auto actions mails, they are enabled in the referer section I have entered =Booking.com saved and it is OK. In the booking source I have selected Booking.com XML.Set it on Auto but the email still show as pending. Can anyone help please?

You do not need to set a "Booking Source" and a referer. If you want to send an auto action to all bookings originating from Booking.com just select "Booking.com XML" as source and delete the referer.
You have set your auto action to send to "All Not Cancelled". Your bookings are cancelled so the auto actions will not be sent.
