Auto action issues

Out going email setup and tested working fine.I have set up some auto actions mails, they are enabled in the referer section I have entered saved and it is OK. In the booking source I have selected XML.Set it on Auto but the email still show as pending. Can anyone help please?

You do not need to set a "Booking Source" and a referer. If you want to send an auto action to all bookings originating from just select " XML" as source and delete the referer.

You have set your auto action to send to "All Not Cancelled". Your bookings are cancelled so the auto actions will not be sent.
