Hello

Our finance team would like some customizations to how the Charges and Invoices tabs work within a booking.

For example they would like a button "Post to Quickbooks" and then after clicking to have it show in Beds 24 that this posting has happened.

I am just checking if this kind of customization is possible? If not, are there any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Hi, we do not have a direct integration with Quickbooks, you can manage the sending of the invoice via MAKE (Integromat).

You can then use MAKE to send an acknowledgement back to Beds24.

It will not be possible to customise the Charges & Payments tab, however you could create a Custom Tab for the Account and check if you can include a link to send the booking to MAKE from within the booking, otherwise you could manage via an Auto action.

The Accountant could set a Booking info code in the booking that would then trigger an auto action.

While I am writing - may I ask does Beds24 have the concept of a sandbox or test site?

We do not have sandbox/test site.

You can create a sub account and create properties/rooms for testing.
