Hi beds as you are aware you have a major bug in the platform with hitting refresh

if you hit refresh in the browser it will resend a chat message if you are in the chat

this isn't the biggest deal in the world but you need to treat this as an urgent matter

because if you are in the stripe page where it charges the guest, if you hit refresh, it will charge them again!

if you do not believe me try it yourself!

major major platform bug, hitting refresh should NOT re-perform the previous action you performed on the screen, which it does literally everywhere.

Which browser are you using?

All major browsers will warn you if you are re-posting the same data and are going to repeat an action and ask you to confirm.
Only if you confirm to the browser that you want to repeat the action would this occur.
