Hi,
Is it possible that reservations in calendar automatically change to another color when the guest has paid ?
And how to set it up?

Yes. You can apply a "flag" to the booking. If you want to automate this you you set up an auto action as explained here: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Auto_ ... fully_paid
