Hi Mark,

Somebody seems to have reserved a room already booked and the person who booked the room originally has booked it twice! Best way for you to see is for me to give you the booking numbers

72527 - New booking

72019 and 72020 Dublicates of each other and the original booking for the room.

I can see a problem with the room dependency setup of the two rooms.
You have linked rooms defined, room id 1983 and room id 3092 which I believe is the same room but priced including half board.

That is all fine except room 3092 is setup to place a duplicate booking in itself instead of room 1983. This explains why the initial two bookings went into that room.
It also explains the later booking for room 1983, that room was still available because it did not get the copy of the first booking.

The solution is simply to change room 3092 to place a copy of it's bookings into room 1983 to block it as well.
