How long is information stored for in Beds24

HI
I have ran a report today and I seem to have all information missing for 2018 upto august 2019
I wanted data from March 2018 to March 2020
I joined in March 2018
Is it only kept for a certain length of time?
If so how long for?
Sorry if this covered somewhere I can't find it.

Bookings stay in the system unless you have deleted them. Please check that the bookings you miss are still in Beds24 and that they are within the selection you have made.

No all the my bookings are not showing, the data is missing! can this be retireved?

If you delete a booking it is deleted permanently form the system and can not be retrieved.

I have not deleted any bookings, it's months of data that is missing! how could I have done this without any warning? is there no back up?

Are you auto deleting bookings? Please check your setting for "Delete Bookings after Checkout" in SETTINGS > ACCOUNT > PRIVACY.

surely if this was the case I would have no bookings showing.

It will depend on the setting, you can choose what the period is after checkout to delete the bookings. Please check the setting and change to a suitable setting or NO if you do not want to delete the bookings.
