Notes on new reservation deleted?

When i save a new reservation the 'Notes' that i write sre not the next time when i log in. Do anyone know why?
This should not be happening, if you add a booking and enter text in the Notes field, then when you SAVE / Continue, the text should remain in the booking.
If you still have an issue, then please raise a support ticket so we can investigate.
