Is it possible to start with your domain before using a custom one as a reseller?

I will start working as a reseller with you. I wonder if i can start using your own domain for the hotels i will enroll, before creating my own custom domain. (This is for the sub-domains for the booking engines for each hotels).
Will it be possible to move these hotels to my custom domain later?
Related to this: Regarding SSL certificates, can i use a Comodo certificate instead of a Cloudflare one? Can you please tell me what type of SSL certificate i will need, or tell me where to find this information?
