Bad support?

Anyone else experiencing really bad support ? I've had tickets open for 3 days, then closed without resolution or answers ? Is there a way to reach Beds24 by phone ?

We can not see your tickets any more because you only have a sub account and the owner of your master account hast changed the settings for your account that we can not see your tickets.

Please contact the person who is in charge of your master account if you need help or ask them to change the setting for support tickest in your sub account.

That's the problem we are trying to fix, the person has left our company in bad terms we do not have access to it and are trying to change passwords to gain access back. We gave all the information that you asked for, but now our tickets go unanswered.

As explained we can not see your replies so we can not answer them.

The payment you said needed to be made has been made in the meantime. Since payments can only be made from the master account there must be someone in your organisation who has access to the master account.

Please find out who made the payment (your accounting department should be able to help you with this) then contact this person and ask them to adjust your access rights.
