Monthly Gross Revenue

Hi All,
What is the most accurate report to see our Gross Monthly Revenue for a given month?
Every report is giving me a different number. Look forward to hear from other fellow Beds 24 users!

All "Monthly Revenue Reports" are accurate but each will consider different bookings. This is why the results are different.
*average over stay: Values are assigned to each months with booked dates by the number of nights in each month
*booked at check-in date: Value of all bookings for which the check-in date falls into the selected period
*booked at check-out date: Value of all bookings for which the check-out date falls into the selected period
