Subaccount Front Desk does not allow new booking

Hi All,

I created a new subaccount set as "Front Desk". When I log into the subaccount that is "Front Desk", I am unable to make a reservation.

How do I set it where the "Front Desk" is allowed to make reservations.

I have checked and the Front Desk Role, can 'Add Booking', if you still have an issue with this login, have you selected to HIDE other pages/options for this login?

You can see the specific details of how to HIDE options for the Sub Accounts, in the HELP page in Sub Account (top right).

If you have not set the Add Booking to HIDE, then please raise a support ticket so we can check your sub account setup.
