Subaccount Front Desk show luggage icon in Calendar

Hi all,
I have created a new subaccount that is set as "Front Desk 1". I have tested the subaccount and did not see a luggage icon next to each date in the "Calendar" tab for the control panel. How do I enable the luggage icon so the subaccount "Front Desk 1" can see it?
The luggage icon is convenient as it lets me quickly make a reservation for a selected date that I can see in the "Calendar".
