I manage holiday apartments and small hotels for different property owners using Beds24.
I would like to offer guests both online credit card payments and traditional bank transfer payments (invoice/payment by bank transfer).
The challenge is that I am only the property manager. The property owners want guests to pay directly into their own bank accounts, not into my account.
For credit card payments, I assume this could be handled through Stripe or another payment gateway connected to the owner's account.
However, for bank transfers, I have no access to the owner's bank account and therefore cannot verify whether the payment has been received.
My questions are:
1. Is there a recommended way in Beds24 to handle this setup?
2. Can Stripe or another payment provider help automate payment status updates when the property owner uses their own bank account?
3. Is there any way for Beds24 to automatically detect incoming bank transfer payments without giving the property manager access to the owner's bank account?
4. What would be the best practice for agencies or property managers who manage accommodations on behalf of multiple owners?
