Multiple bookings

Hi

When I set multiple bookings, in the style booking page it doesn't show the drop down menu adults and children. When I disable multiple booking it shows again. How can I this make it show also in multiple booking. I am using the responsive layout.

When you enable multiple room bookings the guest selects the number of adults and children with the room.
