Pagination and the order rooms are diplayed

Hello, I'm having a problem with the pagination on my property's booking engine. I have 75 room types, and when the sort order is set to anything other than "hide unavailable," 50 room types show as not available on the first page. However, if I don't set it to this, the first page says 50 room types are sold out.
The feedback from potential guests who have called or emailed to check if this is accurate is pretty scathing. They all say it appears sold out, which is concerning because guests who don't contact us might assume the same and not check.
Their point is valid; I haven't encountered other booking systems that don't display available rooms on the first page and leave the booker to search through pages to find out if you have anything available.
I tried using the parameter code "maxroom" in the URL, but it didn't fix the issue.
I've been reviewing the help sections and documentation and looking for an option to turn off pagination. The online documentation suggests this option, but I need help finding a setting to turn it off.
The system sets the maximum number of rooms that can be shown on one page to 50, so I can't increase this either.
I'm currently at a loss and it feels like I've hit a dead end in resolving this issue. I urgently need your assistance in finding a solution to this problem. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Naiomi
The help section text is as follows:
This setting defines the order rooms are displayed on the booking page.
Sell Priority - show the rooms as per the rooms sell priority setting.
Unavailable at bottom - show available rooms by sell priority and unavailable rooms at the bottom.
Cheapest First - show available rooms by increasing price order and unavailable rooms at the bottom.
Expensive First - show available rooms by decreasing price order and unavailable rooms at the bottom.
Hide Unavailable - show available rooms by sell priority and hide unavailable rooms. This option does not work well with pagination.
If using pagination to limit the number of rooms shown at a time, the pages will be constructed using rooms with the highest sell priority on the first page through to rooms with the lowest sell priority on the last page. The room order setting will apply per page.
