I have not been able to find help on how to assign a single picture from the the properties section of pictures to the picture module for the booking page. IT says to assign it to property, but that isn't an option on the picture page. I must be missing something simple. I didn't want to have the picture slider so I replaced it with the property picture module but just can't seem to figure out how to assign the picture I want there.

Did you have a look at the pictures help page? These are instructions an also a video which shows you how to assign pictures:

The help pages open when you click on HELP in the top right of the menu page.

I did look at this help page and I did look at the video, but it tells you to assign it to property but when you go there that is not an option and only the first picture of the slider shows instead of the picture I want

Set the picture you want to show to position 1 and deactivate the other pictures by setting them to "not used".
