I can read:
<< For accounts with more then 50 properties for performance reasons the system will only check if any rooms are available for the selected dates. >>
I know, the booking engine doesn't work properly when you have more than 50 properties... but it really works terribly:
+ Unavailable properties are displayed (even if you select the "hide unavailable or not match" option).
+ Shows duplicate results: some results from the first page are also shown on the second / third pages.
+ It's possible that the only available property is on page 5. So users get tired of "going to next page" without results; it should be on the first page.
Is there no solution to improve results when you have more than 50 properties?
Big problems if you have more than 50 properties

Have you considered using the Advanced Search options in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Property Booking Page > Search Criteria, then you can set the Search criteria for upto 4 options.
Then you can set the appropriate Property searches in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Property Booking Page .
Then you can set the appropriate Property searches in Settings > Booking Engine > Multi Property Booking Page .
