Double payment page.

Hello, I noticed two payments of £19.25 charged to my account on june 10 and June 11,2026 ( Two consecutive days), for a total of £38.50.
My account ID is 57316

Could you please clarify why two payments were taken within 24 hours? If thisis a duplicate charge, I would appreciate a refund of one payment.

Thank you for the payment. This happens when your account balance after the first payment is still lower than the 'Trigger' amount set in SETTINGS (left menu) > ACCOUNT > BILLING.

All payments have been credited to you. In SETTINGS (left menu) ACCOUNT > BILLING you can see a detailed breakdown of all charges and payments and your current account balance.
