Booking.com Outage - 2026-05-03 & 2026-05-04

The issue began on 2026-05-03 and caused delays in booking delivery as well as some bookings not being received.

If you notice any missing bookings, please go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping and click the “Import existing bookings” button. This will import any bookings that were not automatically delivered during the outage.
