[RESOLVED] Booking.com Outage - 2026-01-30 - Reservation API

Booking.com have reported there is an issue with their Reservation API. This is causing a delay with the delivery of booking details to Beds24.
Started: 2026-01-30 13:31:21 (GMT+1)
Resolved: 2026-01-30 16:19:26 (GMT+1)
Missed bookings should be sent by Booking.com.
If you have missing bookings, you can manually import them when you go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping and click 'Import existing bookings'.
Otherwise you should wait for Booking.com to send them via the API.
If you have an overbooking, then please contact your local Booking.com Support team.
