Beds24-Wiki Pages Returning 403 Error

Is anybody else having issues with wiki pages or java script pop up help pages not showing content? We've tried testing multiple browsers, clearing cashe, adjusting custom settings in browser for this site, etc. It certainly was working before. If you haven't used the wiki pages in a while please check and report here.

Which pages are you experiencing this 403 error and are you still having this issue?
We have had some bots scrape our wiki pages and the forum which causes this 403 error to appear, it should be only down for a few minutes at most and then back up again.

Hi Soren,
In my experience it's very rare that a 403 error has anything to do with a user's browsers or computer, even though we tried different browsers and settings. It's most likely the problem lies with the server's configuration or access control setting......a suggestion would be to have your IT dept reset permissions for most of your wiki files and directories. Also, a DevOp could of added code recently to your htaccess file which could also be forcing a 403 as well.....It's worth a look.
A ticket has been created, however I want to see how many members reading this are having issues so we can pinpoint the problem accurately. If your a member reading this, simply click on a help page and report your findings here...it would be greatly appreciated. In our case, we don't need to look at wiki pages too often as we are familiar with most aspects of the PMS, however we would like to read up on custom API features offered at the moment among other things to sink with our website.
