I’m part of a large group of Beds24 users, and we are all experiencing the same issue: the delay with auto actions staying in PENDING status for too long.
Sometimes a trigger is scheduled for 8 a.m. but is only executed around 5 p.m. — this is simply not acceptable for our operations. Our customers rely on timely information.
Do you have a solution for this?
Please do not suggest manually pressing “Do now” — that defeats the purpose of automation. Thank you.

I have to agree with this. I understand that it is only possible to set an offset (e.g. +8 hours from check-in), but even this is wildly unreliable. It varies by a number of hours each day it runs, and we are using the Auto Actions for timely information such as check-in instructions. Therefore it is impossible to tell guests that they will receive access codes at a particular time, just that it will be “the day before arrival”. For a system that markets itself as being heavily automated and customisable, the lack of message and/or action scheduling is quite disappointing.

Hello everyone,
I’d like to share my experience and add to the comments regarding the performance of auto actions in Beds24. In my case, the use of tags and their colors is essential, as we send an automatic report every so often to a Telegram channel where our housekeeping and security teams are present. Thanks to this digital system, we’ve been able to eliminate paper and streamline our internal communication.
However, I’ve noticed that when a check-in is made, the tag change can take far too long. I understand a delay of 15 or 20 minutes, but sometimes the update takes more than two hours, which creates operational issues for us. As a temporary solution, I set up an auto action to run every hour to force the tag change if it hasn’t happened yet, but I believe this process should be much faster, or at least there should be an option for immediate updates.
I have auto actions set up for many different tasks, and I’ve noticed the same problem with all of them: the execution is simply too slow for our needs. I hope you can consider improving the speed of auto actions or implementing alternatives that allow for faster and more efficient updates.

I agree with above sentiment.
We fire a same day check-in message which often is stuck on pending for over 4 hours. We find that guests will call us asking for their message and we will find it not sent long after check-in.
If we can improve this service it would greatly improve our experience.

Same problem here, auto action is set for 8am, but it is executed at 9pm ...

I can confirm similar obervations. I try to compensate with at least 6 hours difference.
Today again, the automation for a pre-checkin-information was set to -1 day +12 hours and it went out at around 19:30 (7:30 pm) instead 12, that's 7 1/2 hours later than my time zone (like propagated). Sometimes I have the feeling the server times don't match my time zone and are like 6-9 hours behind my time (which would make it US servers). It would be fine if that's the case, but the documentation states I need to calculate with my own time zone - so I consider this being defect.

I’m new to beds24.com and have tried everything – I initially assumed the issue was with the trigger condition. However, the Auto-Actions remain in PENDING status for hours, which is unacceptable since guests are waiting for their check-in information.
Is there any official statement from Beds24 regarding this issue?

Is there any update on this? I am also new to beds24 and having real trouble setting up my check-in and check-out actions. It can take >24h for them to run. That is not a feasible solution. It seems the actions triggered by Booking are much faster than the check-in and check-out triggers. Do you guys have any workarounds? I read here, that some guy runs an automation every hour to solve this. I dont even know how to do this.
