[PARTIALLY RESOLVE]Booking.com: 2020-09-30: Booking.com messages not sent

Due to a bug at Booking.com it is no longer possible to initiate a conversation with a guest via the messaging API.

Inital messages to guest where there has been no previous message fail.

Once a conversation has been initiated by the guest or host using other means, it is possible to use the messaging API normally.

Messages from guest do import normally and messages to guest do send normally as long as the conversation is established.


Start: 2020-09-30
End: 2020-10-07 but only for new bookings. Booking.com has not been able to fix the issue for bookings made before.

It is partially resolved.

Booking.com resolved this for new bookings.

They can not fix problems with bookings made during the bug.
