For some bookings done on a 'Flexible' policy with 7 days cancellation free of charge, Booking.com confused this flexible policy a property had set with being a Risk-Free flexible policy. This led to some bookings being sent as Risk-Free.
The bookings were never meant to be Risk-Free and therefore if they are cancelled will NOT follow the Risk-Free logic and no payouts/replacements for cancellations on these bookings will be done.
Booking.com are not able to change the way policies are recorded in these reservations and are therefore not able to resend the reservation messages without the Risk-Free tag.
The reservations are marked correctly in the Extranet and can be cross checked there.
