Booking.com have experienced multiple issues with delivering bookings to the channel managers.

If you have missing bookings, then go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com > Mapping and click 'Import existing bookings' button, to manually pull the bookings from Booking.com.
If you have an overbooking due to the Booking.com issue, then please contact Booking.com.
