I am looking to integrate our web site booking engine with Beds 24 for channel management purpose.
After reading thru the API documentations,api.beds24.com there are several options available
Which option best suits the beds 24 data sync
JSON or xml method data transfer
Are there any limitations any xml or JSON.

And hope both xml and JSON both methods give two way sync data.
Appreciate some light on this.

Both JSON and XML can be used, there are minor differences but generally use whichever data format you are most comfortable with
