For Mailchimp you can use our Mailchimp integration in SETTINGS->APPS & INTEGRATIONS->MAILCHIMP. For Google docs you can set up an integration via Integromat ( SETTINGS->APPS & INTEGRATIONS->INTEGROMAT).
