Error with Invite Code

Hi,

We are an OTA trying to connect to a property using an invite code generated by a property owner.

However, we keep getting this response when inputting the invite code. We don't have the same error when using an invite code generated from our test property. Would you be able to advise what the error is about?

Hello,

Invite codes can only be used once and are only valid for 15 minutes after being generated, are you using it within this timeframe?
