API Stuck - Limit Exceeded (1 hour)

Hi, I have this error,

{"error":"Usage limit exceeded in last 5 minutes","errorCode":"1016"}

Since 1 hour, it was fine before, don't know why it is stuck since 60min but hope you'll be able to resolve it ^^
