Account keeps substracting fee when it's inactive (below 0
I signed up in 2014, paid 20 EUR and didn't even use this website in the end. For some reason you decided to keep substracting monthly fee from the account and now it's at -45 EUR. Just now I remembered that I should delete this account, but I can't because the website doesn't work when the account has negative balance. I would contact the support, but that isn't available either.

The account fee will continue to be deducted each month causing the balance to go below zero.
If you don't want to use the account there is nothing to worry about, Beds24 is a pre-pay system and you will not be asked to pay the outstanding balance.
