Not connecting with Laterooms

Think they have changed things a bit and I am not picking up reservations from them and my calander is not being updated. Following the instructions for setting up the sync like I did originally there is no longer and "roomid" shown anymore in their URL. Can you look in to this please.

I checked the Lavender room and the inventory looks to be going to Laterooms ok. Is it going to the wrong room?

Bookings are imported from Laterooms into Beds24 when we receive a copy of the booking notification email.
This has to go to the exact email address you will find in the setup instructions.
The two ways to automate it are either:
1) From within laterooms, setup to send a copy of the email directly to us.
2) Have the email go to you and set your email system to auto forward it to us using an email filter or rule.

Within laterooms, on the Rooms and Rates page, If you click any of the rooms from the link on the left side just under the label "View All Room Types", a page will open showing that room and the last part of the URL will be roomid=12345678 where 12345678 is your Latrooms room id.

Hi, OK sorry I was looking in the wrong place on the Laterooms website for the room ID and can confirm that all the room ID's are the correct.

The problem was with the room Sauge. I forwarded the notification on from Laterooms to the following email address [email protected] and got two emails sent to me, one from [email protected] and another trying to make a reservation in the room Aude (wrong room should be Sauge) and the wrong dates as shown below (should be 21st Sept for one night). If you want to see what the email was from [email protected] I will have to forward it to you as it is full of code and very, very, long.

The forwarded email has some formating changes compared to the normal email that comes from laterooms.
This is why some of the information in that booking failed.
The email needs to be forwarded without modification.

Sorry Mark I'm not quite with you. I looked at the original and the forwarded email and with the exception that the forwarded email has my signature first there is no difference, is that the problem, the signature?

There is no 'forwarding' or alternative email box to forward or send a copy from inside the Lateroom extranet that I can see and it would worry me to have the original send directly to Beds24 without having a copy just in case the Beds24 server or website crashes and I would then lose the booking information.
