FIXED: Weird double zero disappears phone no. harvesting bug

I used our own booking page today to make a booking on behalf of a lady and discovered that a phone number entered in the form that I need to enter it using my SMS messaging program of
0064272068598
is front truncated and only sent to the database as
64272068598

Not only that, I now discover that in the New Control Panel, if I try and edit it to store (correctly, from our perspective)
as 0064272068598
it is front truncated each and every time and only stored as (the incorrect)
64272068598

I've only tested this with the Mobile Phone number field, but hope this does not do the same with other fields...

Confirmed squashed and subject title now edited appropriately.

Update 14:30hrs 20 Feb 2013 NZST: This weird bug has either re-appeared or is only visible in certain circumstances.

I noticed that, for Booking 52051 Peter Tausig, the cellphone number was still truncating the initial two zeroes in the hover text of the NCP calendar view (override, dates and bookings displayed for one month). I clicked on his name to edit it and, this time the edit appeared to make the change effective. Each time I look at the booking the initial two zeroes are visible, but never appear in the hover text. I have, therefore, edited appropriately the subject title of the seed message of this topic to show that this bug is not now fixed.

I can't reproduce this, the leading zero's in the number show in the hover text for me.

I know you've made a few changes recently and a side effect may be that this particular booking no longer shows this bug.

I've now amended this bug to "FIXED" and will report if it appears again. Thanks!
