We're having fun playing about with some of the new features of the new style control panel and are really grateful that you've now added hovertext.

Was this anything to do with the individual calendar day's column growing enormously to about 8 times it's previous width?

Thanks for the bug report, a quote in the hover text was upsetting the page layout. Fixed now.

I can't confirm that it's fixed yet, Mark.
(For one thing, you can no longer display dates that have past, as you have already explained in this forum).

The display of hover text (at least for the [GUESTCOMMENT} field) is also continuing to be disrupted. See Booking 47064, Norma Drewek, for an example:
"From Picton we're touring Marlborough Sounds and then proceed to Nelson"
still truncates to display in hover text as:
"From Picton we"

Yes that is correct.

OK the single quote and text that comes after it will now display in the hover
