Cancellation and deposit terms on other channels

Hi,
When connected to other channels, i.e. Airbnb and Booking.com,
-does their cancellation policy override our own Beds24 policy?
-do their deposit /payment terms override our Beds24 settings?

I'm not always clear on who has priority over these.

Generally yes, although you can send your policies to Airbnb via XML
