HI , I have just created a demo account and uploaded/setup various properties that I have on Owners direct (homeaway) I have synced the calendars which seems to be fine. I have entered a test reservation to see how long it takes for Homeaway to import my data but after some time it still hasn't updated its calendar. I was under the belief that calendar syncronisation was in real time ? does any body know how long this should really take as this is a potential for double bookings. thank you

There are two connection types to homeaway, iCal and XML.

XML is a full and real time sync. (homeaway make this available to managers with 5 or more listings)

iCal means Homeaway will periodically (at a rate set by them) read your Beds24 iCal feed to update their calendar.
