I am trying to setup my properties and would appreciate some help. The physical set up of our holiday apartments are as follows:
3 x 1 unit properties
1 x 2 unit properties
5 properties in total across 4 locations.
I therefore have 5 listings on AirBnB and Homeaway, and 4 listings on Booking.com. My 2 unit property is set up are 2 different room types, but there is only one of each. For my 2 unit property I push the prices to each unit individually.
I want to set up Beds24 as a single property with 5 room types showing, and each room type being a different apartment. Can I set up Beds24 this way with my current setup? I dont think its a problem for Booknig.com but for AirBnB and Homeaway it causes issues because the despcriptions pushed to the channel are taken from the Property information, not the room information. Can these channels be set so only rates/bookings/availabilty are synced in XML, and the listing descriptions set manually on the channels. I know using ical would be a way around this but I need to control the rates from Beds24 so I need the connection to be XML.
Also am I right in saying that I do not need to use virtual rooms for my setup given than for my 2 unit property, although there are 2 room types there is only a total inventory of 1 for each room.
Thanks in advance.
XML connection with AirBnB

If you have 5 properties in Booking.com with a Booking.com hotel ID each you also need five properties in Beds24 so you connect them.[email protected] wrote: ↑Mon Jan 29, 2018 9:04 pmI want to set up Beds24 as a single property with 5 room types showing, and each room type being a different apartment.
If you want to show one property on your own web site you can set up an additional virtual property with five rooms and make the availability of these dependent on the rooms in the individual properties for Booking.com. The principle is explained here: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php/Categ ... pendencies

I have 1 x 2 unit property on booking.com. Each unit is a separate room type.
So in total I have 4 x booking.com hotel ID's. Does that change anything?

You need a property in Beds24 for each Booking.com hotel ID you have.
If you have 4 properties in Booking.com with a Booking.com hotel ID each you also need 4 properties in Beds24 so you connect them.
