Credit card details and historical bookings

Hi, we have noticed that credit card details are being erased (just last 4 digits remain) about 2 week after arrival date.
Is this something beds24 is doing or is it Booking.com via the channel handling?

Also, are there any others fields likely to be erased after a visitor has stayed?

How far can we go back to examine old booking details if we need to? Will bookings be visible indefinitely or will they eventually disappear?

Card details are erased after departure. If you need them longer you must record them offline.

The booking apimessage field is also erased after departure, the other booking fields are kept.
