Can someone help me with Agoda bookings.
When I get a booking I don't know what I have to do?
In the mail from Agoda there is a link to: ACKNOWLEDGE THIS BOOKING
When I click on this link I have to enter "Confirmation code"

What is this code?
Does anyone know what I had to enter there?

Also I have received around 10 booking in last 2 months but all of them were canceled in the end.

Also I don't know how to contact the guests. I don't get any E-mail or phone number.

And of course I asked all that to Agoda support but i didn't get any reply from them.

What is your experience with Agoda?

If you do not use a confirmation code system, just leave that field blank and press confirm. This always works for me. Simple as that!

Agoda do not release guest contact details.

I got that eventually.
It is stupid that they don't give us the phone number or the e-mail of the guests.
It is really hard to contact the guest through their support line.
