Hi,

I am a total beginner on Beds24.
Yesterday, I synchronized my Airbnb and Booking.com channels.
Everything is going well but the number of guests who booked via Airbnb.
The booking are synchronized, but the number of guests still remains on 0.

Plus, on the Dashboard I have an error message: Booking.com channel update failure.

How can I resolve that?

I assume you are using Airbnb iCal? Airbnb does not send the number of guests via iCal. The iCal interface can export inventory and import bookings, booking modifications and booking cancellations. (without price and number of guests).

The XML interface can:
-Create listings
-Send content and update content
-Send pictures
-Automatically send availability to Airbnb
-Send prices from Beds24 to Airbnb
-Import bookings (including number of guests, Email address, price), modifications and cancellations from Airbnb
