problems with Sync and Venere

I have had 2 bookings from Venere for the next week. The emails arrived but for some reason the booking hasn't 'synced' with Beds24. I can't see why, any suggestions please?

Can you PM me the dates the booking notifications arrived and I will go through the logs to determine what happened to them.
