I have atrouble with Agoda reservations.

It arrives the reservation but not the agoda collect.

I check on YCSAGODA website and it's correct

Butthere's problem in our beds24 contability.

Do you mean the booking imports, but without information about an Agoda collect payment?

Please start a Beds24 support ticket and give an example booking number. The team will be able to inspect the XML data of the booking to see if anything is not importing.
